Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate, Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Doctorate Degree, Senior High School Diploma on any course.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.

Responsibilities

What Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health
Responsible for providing outsourced services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.

Qualifications
o Have completed at least 2 years in college (without any back subject)
o Fresh graduates and industry shifters may also be considered
o Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
