ABOUT THE ROLE: This job is for an admin assistant and would cover a variety of important responsibilities across the business such as reconciling purchased and received inventory, contacting suppliers about discrepancies, requesting invoices, monitoring inventory performance. You will have previous experience of bookkeeping, using Excel and be very comfortable with numbers. You will regularly liaise with suppliers, and work directly with the business owner so excellent communication, accuracy and professionalism will be required at all times The role is working from home. The role may change to meet the needs of the business and we would expect you to adapt accordingly. Salary: PHP 12,500 /month, 4 hours/day Hours Per Week: 20 hours/week Availability Needed: 5 days a week (the time can be flexible).
