Job Description: Identifying business process improvement opportunities within Home Lending Operations encouraging information exchange and shared problem resolution. Communicating to key stakeholders the details of initiatives to ensure full and common understanding of the goals and objectives. Driving Operational Excellence Programs as an integral part of the daily business which include leading project, mentoring & coaching. Ensure the use of problem-solving & root-caused analysis, monitor & audit the deployed processes for effectiveness and compliance. Support Automation initiatives.
