ARL Power Connect Corp. is in need of HR/ADMIN STAFF.
Brief Description of Duties:
-Implement labour relations, policies, procedures and preparation of objective evidences during the process
-Implements and administers company and statutory benefits
-Develops HR Strategies, measures, targets, initiatives, action plans and programs which will help attain company and dept. Goals and objective

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
-Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resource and related course
-At least 2-3 years Relevant Experience in an HR Role
-Strong morale and knowledgeable in Labor Code
-Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
