What’s on the menu for you to do: * Internal Equity & Analytics Monitors and analyzes that the pay is equitable for all positions across the organization using pay equity method and salary benchmarking in the same industry or other related industries. Highly knowledgeable in conducting pay variance, pay behavior statistical analysis across all positions and able to recommend interventions to enhance pay competitiveness and total employee rewards strategy. Monitors, analyses and interprets HR Data Metrics and able to determine underlying story behind the data/metrics and recommend interventions to improve data behavior. Performance Management Implements end-to-end Performance Management System and ensures that key processes are properly and timely executed; performance planning, monitoring, assessment, performance feedback, performance results analytics and reports. Compensation & Benefits Management & Compliance Manages normal execution of salary payouts Ensures that the Company is compliant with all the laws and other regulations related to benefits and compensation. Assists employees with issues of pay and benefits concerns. Develops methods to boost employee awareness of their benefits packages. Analyses the current benefits package and recommends cost efficient and improved employee benefits packages. Other related responsibilities Ensures that Expat Management and Travel and Accommodation Processes are carried out properly and on timely manner What do you bring to the table? Graduate of Behavioral Sciences / Business / or any related discipline 5 – 8 solid years related experience in similar position. Experience with core HR domains, including performance management, organizational design and compensation management is preferred. Exposure to other facets of HR functions is a great advantage. Extensive understanding of compensation rules and benefits packages. Problem-solving skills necessary to help employees solve issues that may come up. Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly analytical, excellent interpersonal skills, highly reliable and dependable Attention to detail, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, structured and well-organized, creative and out-of-the-box thinking are a must.
