The Role: As the HR Generalist, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Employee Relations. The HR Generalist will be a functional leader for key HR responsibilities including: Employee relations, Labor relations, Recruitment, Payroll and Benefits, Training, Organizational Development and other HR functions. Responsibilities Monitor all HR initiatives Ensure compliance of labor standards, company policies, and applicable law/government-related concerns Manage Company’s Employees engagement programs Work closely with Executives, Managers, Team Leaders and other Management personnel on all aspects of employee relations, including planning, coordinating and supporting the performance review process Provide counseling and guidance to employees and leadership team regarding Human Resources best practice Recommend, Create, Calibrate specific process improvement Monitor and assist in handling confidential and highly sensitive information from different Departments Point person for any HR related concerns from different departments Recommend, develop and deliver training and development seminars to enhance knowledge, skills, and acquire new trends in specific employee needs.
