You will go through an internship program in handling tasks such as: developing training programs, posting, and advertising jobs, organizing staff, and freelancers tasks. Support the HR Department in finding talented people and develop them into superstars and contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems. Deals with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way Ensures all databases and procedures are up to date and legally compliant. Provides day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration, etc. Supports all other areas of HR including payroll and learning and development Prepares HR-related reports as needed Maintains a succession plan for all departments Qualifications: Well immersed in Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits Any four (4) year Business Management course Knowledgeable in social media platforms Willing to learn new skills, systems, and work processes Creativity required to achieve results under pressure in a short time Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively. Must be computer literate and has a working knowledge on various PC based software Excellent in both written and oral communication Pleasant personality and of good moral character; can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization Preferred: Previous experience in HR and recruiting via local platforms.
