Able to conduct training to Foreign nationals and effectively cascade what they know on the new process. Familiar with different training methodologies to address training challenges that might arise during transition/training Able to analyze information based on customer request and execute as per process defined procedures Responsible to adhere to TAT/SLA for the process and project.
