Position : HR TRAINING OFFICER
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in HR Management or equivalent
-At least with 3 years related working experience as Training Officer, preferably in food industry
-With excellent English Communication-Verbal/written, skills and customer service skills
-Plan and execute people initiatives (Leadership, Learning, Talent, Engagement, and Organizational Development.
-Develop/update existing Training programs to include career development activities.
