JOB OVERVIEW Calling all results-driven and talented digital marketers! We have an amazing opportunity for you. We are expanding and are looking for a skilled Ads Manager to assist with fulfillment. We are looking for a dedicated Advertising Specialist to handle the accounts of our existing and new clients. This critically important job will require you to: 1. Build and manage Facebook Ad campaigns for Lead Generation and Ecommerce, with potential for other platforms like Google (Adwords experience would be a bonus) – Create, launch, evaluate and optimize the performance of our managed Facebook Ads paid campaigns for a variety of clients. – Perform daily analysis on campaign performance and implement optimizations to make the campaign more effective in regard to meeting client goals. – Create audiences based on campaign goals through industry research, demographic data, Facebook insights, and other available data. – Perform business audits for potential and existing clients by researching their online and social media presence and making recommendations for improvement. 2. Assist in the planning and development of sales funnels and campaign strategy for Ecommerce and lead generation. Basic Landing Page technology knowledge would be a bonus (ClickFunnels, Convertri, FB Lead forms) 3. Develop customer avatars, & Determine best target audiences new Clients 4. Monitor budgets, grow profitability, provide media spend summaries and KPI reporting with recommendations / analysis 5. New & Existing Ad Account Audits – Analyze campaign data to determine what works/doesn’t work to optimize the creation of future ads 6. The ability to PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL 7. Functional Competencies: – Strong attention to detail. – Self-motivation and ability to work without supervision. – Ability to manage multiple Facebook accounts. – Must be able to respond quickly and adhere to set timelines. – Must be able to work during 9am-5pm EST hours. – [Bonus] Copywriting skill is a plus. – [Bonus] Design skills are a plus. – [Bonus] Video editing skills are a plus. 8. Experience – Knowledge of digital and social media marketing is key. – Min. 2 years of recent experience creating, managing and scaling Facebook Advertising campaigns – Specific experience managing Facebook ads for Lead Generation and E-commerce objectives – Strong understanding of paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Messenger.
