So now that you’ve gotten some insight on the type of people you’d be working with, here’s what your job will look like: Answer Email Customer Support for various clients (SaaS / e-commerce) Create FAQs Create Internal Customer Support Manuals Troubleshoot Issues Create Video Tutorials Create SOPs From time to time, you’ll also be doing some Administrative VA tasks. You’ll be working at most 8 hours. But this is not your regular 9 to 5 job. We’re more output-based. If you finished your tasks early on, say you’ve only been working for 4 hours but you’re done with your tasks – then we’re all good, you’re done for the day. But of course, we expect that what you put out is high-quality work.
