A variety of opportunities are currently available, including- Analysts (Manila-based) As an Analyst, you will work with the project teams to support the production of process documentation, coordination and deliver training, ensure all facilities and set-up requirements are complete, support operational stabilisation, as well as track the project against budget/deliverables. Your success will come from your attention to detail, always delivering to your promises, whilst being adaptable to changing priorities. A strong understanding of recruitment functions and RPO processes, client requirements, along with excellent communication skills and solid MS Office skills. Project Consultants / Senior Project Consultants (Open to Singapore, Manila and China) A Consultant/Senior Consultant is often the core contributor of a project – directly involved in many aspects from due diligence to process design, training design and delivery, leading workshops, risk identification and issue resolution as well as experts in our scope of services. You would be involved in a project from kick off through to stabilization and handover to the operational team. Successful Consultants possess not only great operational experience, but also an understanding of business analysis and process design. Skills in training delivery, technical writing, process design are ideal, and exposure to a variety of ATS/HRIS technologies and multi-site clients is advantageous. A curiosity towards future trends in our industry, such as robotics, AI and recruitment marketing will be well received. Naturally, you are a great communicator who is at ease dealing with all levels of stakeholders, able to work to deadlines (and ensure others do to), and are a lateral thinker who thrives during times of change. To be successful you will possess the following skills and attributes: Demonstrated experience in sizeable implementation or transformation projects, embracing strong analytical and project management skills. Skilled in training design and delivery, project methodologies, leading workshops, identifying risks and solutions to resolve. Proven commitment to client care and servicing, teamwork and a professional attitude Experienced and adept at building rapport and relationships Strong sense of operations excellence, account management and project delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a persuasive and credible personal style Experience working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines Able to bring and drive innovation, with sound advisory skills. Position Requirements We would like to hear from you if you have: 5-10 years of relevant experience within sizeable organisations or in advisory services Talent Acquisition or RPO on-site experience is highly advantageous. Passionate, people-driven, and always striving for effective stakeholder engagement Keen eye for details, and a natural curiosity towards future trends Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and stakeholders through delivery and knowledge of industry insights Good working knowledge of ATS like Taleo, Workday or other related systems. Proficient in MS Project, MS Visio and use of MS Sharepoint. The length and nature of these assignments will vary depending on the client project and role location.
