JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative responsible for assisting our Real Estate agents in lead generation, lead nurture, follow up calls, and setting appointments. As an ISA you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients from inbound lead sources provided by our company. You will be responsible for prospecting & cultivating leads for expired and cancelled listings, incoming buyer and seller leads. We need you set appointments, prioritize and manage leads in our CRM. The candidate must have great communication skills, confidence on the phone, basic computer skills and the ability to memorize scripts. Using our scripts, you must be comfortable in taking a conversation where a lead initially says they are not interested and engaging with them further to show them the value our team can bring. Fluent & native sounding English is a must, as well as prior real estate experience. You will be part of a growing team with strong growth and bonus salary potential for high performing individuals driven to convert leads. Responsibilities: Available 8am-6pm CST Monday-Friday (flexibility in those hours) Manage outbound Sales calls to prospective Real Estate buyers and sellers with an emphasis on setting appointments for our team to call Managing Leads in CRM system, taking notes, scheduling follow up appointments for a warm handoff Requirements: At least 3 years experience as an ISA in Real Estate. Must be comfortable cold calling and turning “no” into “YES!” Experience using Microsoft Word & Excel Must be well spoken in English, engaging, and enjoy talking to people Ability to master scripts Must be able to work Independently and be self-motivated Be reliable and driven to convert leads Have reliable internet and Skype account for team communications ***Please submit all applications with a link to a voice sample.
