Description:

  • Develop, document, and implement changes in CRM configuration, Identity Provider system, Productivity tools (G Suite) and other SaaS applications
  • Support worldwide teams using Salesforce.com with managing requests, including report creation and workflows management
  • Analyze data and trends to perform business performance review and bring actionable insight to the sales teams and business leaders
  • Develop and promote new initiatives and processes to ensure successful SaaS apps adoption
  • Assist with sales onboarding and training
  • Provide high quality support to internal customers

Requirements:

  • 1-2yrs. proven relevant working experience
  • Must have experience in salesforce.com
  • Experience in SaaS administration, sales operations, business intelligence or similar in a high growth environment
  • Familiarity with the ff. tools:
  • Cirrus
  • Sales Navigator
  • Snap Engage
  • Expert in spreadsheets and analysis
  • Data-driven with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability and desire to learn new things
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in both a team and individually
  • Can work on a skeletal arrangement under a midshift schedule
