Requirements:
- Filipino who can speak Japanese
- JLPT N1 – N3 Passers above
- Bachelor’s graduate of any course
- With Quality Assurance experience
Responsibilities
- Reviews operational metric results and customer satisfaction results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to identify trends in performance
- Utilizes tools such as Excel, cross-tabs, Power BI, Tableau, or other tools to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Aids in developing, executing, and measuring changes that are expected to improve results
