JOB DETAILS:
COMPANY PROFILE: One of the largest BPO companies offering back office and customer service support services to largest and popular companies around the world.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Filipino who is fluent in Japanese language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
- Open for Native or Japanese National
- Conversational English Communication
- Preferably Dual Citizens or Filipino who were raised in Japan
- JLPT N1-N2 passer/level (JLPT Certificate not required)
- Completed at least 2yrs in college (or HS graduates with 2yrs work experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Watch series of videos uploaded and posted by private users
- Review and analyze the reported video of social media users
- Block and unblock users who posted abusive content of photos or videos
- Verify if user reporting of abusive photo should be taken down or stay up
- Watch the videos and analyze if it follows the community guideline of social media site
