JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: Provides integrated services and solutions to corporations worldwide in the areas of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology.
Requirements:
- Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
- Open for Japanese National with permanent residency
- Open to N1 – N2 Passer or level (No JLPT certificate required)
- With Good English communication skills
- Open for High School, Vocational, Associate graduates
- BPO/CSR experience is an advantage but not required
- Willing to work in Alabang and shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with planning and booking reservations through calls, email or chat
- Processes payments and sends the details and confirmation to the guests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in transactions by providing the best solutions for their complaints and queries.
- Handle Japanese and English inquiries
