Responsibilities:
- Interact with other internal and client teams
- Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions.
- Analyze the client process as per the business rules as a subject matter expert
- Creates a rational plan, precise estimations and schedule for an activity or project section
- Participates in various internal or client initiatives related to the process
