Requirements:
- Filipino proficient in Japanese language and with Good English communication skills
- N1-N3 passer/level (non-passer)
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in any course
- Preferably with HR experience or other related experiences
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries in behalf of the employees
- Responsible in human resource operations
- Improve and maintain HR process and procedures
- Coordinate to Japanese employees of the company
