Position: Japanese Operation Division Manager
Industry: Trading Industry
Location: Parañaque
Salary: Php 140,000
Work Schedule: Morning. Wednesday- evening
Requirements:
- Native level of Japanese language
- They accept FILIPINO as long as they worked Managerial in Japan before
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, commerce, Business Administration, or any related field
- Has management and operation experience in Food Industry or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for plans, coordinates, directs and facilitates all aspects of operation.
- Ensures compliance to internally and externally facing financial, fiduciary and other regulations for the company.
- Collaborate with Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Team members in sharing information to address business needs.
- Work with Top Management and Managers to ensure compliance and regulation.
Direct Departmental performance management
- Other duties as assigned
