  • Graduate of Engineering/IT related course
  • Can speak English

  • Willing to work either Cavite or Taguig
  • With at least IT/TSR work experiences


  • Answer incoming ‘Sales Related’ calls and proactively qualify sales opportunities
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting and support of Products by the company
  • Provide Technical Assistance with all internal and external customers for all of Schneider’s products.
  • Escalating problems to Technical Support Level 2 when standard troubleshooting techniques and databases cannot provide an adequate solution.
