Requirements:
- Korean national proficient in English
- Filipino fluent in Korean language
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- BPO/CS experience is a great advantage
- Knowledge in luxury fashion industry is a plus
- Amenable work on Shifting Schedule
- Can start asap
- With access 30 MBPS internet

Responsibilities:
- Perform order processing and closely coordinating with the Shipping department
- Handling client requests through calls, chats and emails
- Coordinate and provide support with the international premium clients
- Assist clients in styling and shopping luxury brands
