Job Description JOB SUMMARY • Responsible in configuring new versions or updates of the software. • Will do remote technical assistance for off shore clients. • Perform software upgrades and patches, configure fresh software installations and Ad-hoc database creation. Job Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS At least 3 years of Technical Support experience ideally in Level 2 or 3 Preferred if used incident tracking tools such as Zendesk, and CRM tools such as Salesforce Good working knowledge in networking and windows XP Working in POS set up is an advantage Can work with minimal supervision Good communication skills is a must have Willing to be assigned in Makati on a 4 days per week, 11 hours per day schedule (Including weekends) with 3 days off. NOTE: Will conduct remote processing and only qualified candidates will be notified.
