This is a Graveyard shift*** Overview: The Lead Generation Head will be responsible for executing and developing comprehensive, integrated B2B and B2C demand generation campaigns including email marketing, direct mail, webinar and lead nurture tactics that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. The Candidate will be responsible for nurturing healthy internal and external relationships with the intent of building lead generation program value, direct response tactic execution, differentiating the company from its competitors, promoting Real Estate IQ through leadership, becoming a product knowledge expert, and creating an environment for continuous campaign improvement. Key Responsibilities: – Project manage mapping out nurturing campaigns for new initiatives and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement. – Expand lead-based acquisition and lead the development and execution of a lead based strategy through paid and non paid programs, advocate marketing to attract and guide qualified leads. – Responsible for improving and optimizing the existing marketing strategy and tap into other opportunities (SEO, webinars, content marketing, etc.) that drive high ROI. – Manage and expand the current email database and increase website traffic. – Work with the product marketing team to build and optimize lead generation content strategy and manage generating of B2B and B2C leads. – Create, deliver and analyze overall effectiveness of lead generation activities – including webinar, content, and email marketing programs – Project management and coach of Lead Gen Team and manage day-to-day activities and lead planning meetings with Teams to define and execute on B2B demand generation strategy required to drive identified KPIs and business growth initiatives. – Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: – 3-5 yrs in-depth knowledge and experience leading B2B demand/lead generation and direct response campaign strategy and execution; including email and direct mail marketing, digital marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation. – Proficiency with the following acquisition channels: direct, paid search (adwords, paid social, SEO, display & remarketing. – Strong experience with Drip Marketing/infusion Soft and different marketing automation tools. – Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing & growth levers. – Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. – Seasoned project management skills; highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines. – Able to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic, tactical and analytical responsibilities. – A team player with the confidence to present a professional and positive demeanor with internal and external customers. Able to take the lead and guide relationships and other employees when necessary. – BS degree in Marketing or relevant field Home Office Requirements: – 100% Remote work – Availability to work business hours in US Central Time – Computer (at least Core i3 Processor, 4 GB RAM, Webcam) – Home office with a private room and desk – Reliable internet (5 MBPS minimum, 10 MBPS preferred with ability to go up to 50 MBPS).
