We are looking for enthusiastic and aggressive interns to join our team in BGC.

As a Lead Generation Specialist you will serve as the gatekeeper of all inbound and outbound sales leads for the company.

Your role will require you to:

1. Scour the internet for leads related to the designated domain

2. Conduct phone Interviews and basic probing questions to uncover client's needs and pain-points

3. Qualify leads and endorse to BD team for further assessment and conversion.

4. Organize all leads into a systematic database for accessibility

5. Reach out to idle leads and keep them warm. Build rapport with executives and introduce our brand/product to them as required.

6. Infer gathered data and assess/analyze insights and relay them to BD/Marketing Team for evaluation

7. Participate in company’s offline brand activations (Corporate Events, Job Fairs and other offsite activities) to generate leads and network with stakeholders


  • Research Skills – Internet Savvy – Able to source variety of information from multiple online sources to gather quality data
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Familiar with G-Suite and/or MS Office Applications
