Reviews, develops, monitors and updates HR processes to ensure of having an effective and efficient HR Service Center Lead the team in establishing best practices, standardization and process governance Develop the skills and capabilities of the HR Service Center Team fostering individual growth Responsible for creating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating SLAs for response times and problem resolution, and managing the team to those response times. Managing logistics and other administrative tasks in support of the HR organization Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field Minimum of five years of HRSC experience with a minimum of three years managing an HRSC function Strong experience evaluating processes, managing data integrity, and leading projects to optimize utilization Experience with database management and process improvements Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills Prior HRIS management experience highly desired Prior experience working with SAP SuccessFactors preferred Experience working in global organization with international experience is highly desired. Should possess strong project management skills especially with system implementations
