Learning and Development Manager
Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-known lifestyle brand that offers a wide range of artistic products. Our respective client is looking for a Learning and Development Manager who will implement learning strategies and programs in alignment with the goals of the company and will lead the creation of succession planning and design applicable courses and career plans. This position is on hybrid set-up, will be reporting to the HR Director and is located in Boni, Metro Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Administer the implementation of all L&D activities and initiatives of the company
  • Design learning courses, trainings and workshops applicable for each department
  • Help employees in gaining learning opportunities within the company
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis across the different departments in the organization
  • Design different learning courses and materials within the company
  • Evaluate the effectivity of the training programs by aligning it to the business objectives and outcomes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources or Any related field
  • At least 10 years work experience in Learning and Development, at least 3-5 years’ experience as Learning and Development Manager
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical and can drive projects well
  • Collaborative and can build a network through having good working relationship across teams
