Job Description Key Responsibilities Add/update license, affiliations, and demographics of producers and firms Analyze paperwork request being sent by the client/s, agents or broker dealer, and do the necessary action/s Participate and meet deadlines in special assignments and large projects initiatives across sites without affecting daily goal/performance Meet and maintain productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time Such other duties and functions as assigned by the Supervisor Essential Skills Excellent attention to detail, fast and accurate data-entry skills with the ability to process high volumes of work accurately Ability to clearly understand and act on presented problem statement; to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information Ability to compose a grammatically correct, clear and concise email Continuously proactive in identifying improvements Team player as well as ability to work independently in a changing environment Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 30 words per minute.
