Assists customers in selecting and sizing the right equipment through CAT softwares and on the job and off the job cost studies and conducts product presentation and end user training within company policies and procedures with the objective of providing full support to customers on the proper usage of equipment. Job Summary: Conducts on-site visit and machine turnover to customers in order to train end users on safety, contamination control, warranty coverage, and proper operation and care of equipment. Gathers and consolidates Sales Pipeline and transactional reports of Machines Group in order to monitor sales performance in terms of Sales and Gross Profit. Coordinates and provides assistance to Sales Group on sales presentations, production studies, machine value analysis, etc. in order to assist in value selling. Prepares machine configuration according to Sales specifications in order to provide appropriate specifications to customers. Encodes configuration in Dealer Business System (DBS) in order to place order in the system. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of any Engineering course. With one to two (1-2) years’ experience in Heavy Equipment/Gen Set services or any related industry. Preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining, Industrial Engineer. Strong analytical & planning skills, good communication & presentation skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
