(SPPI) was established in 1989 and, through the years, has gained the reputation of being a cutting edge developer of industrial estates through its Light Industry & Science Park projects. Tomas, Batangas, which is accessible from Manila via the South Luzon Expressway and via Southern Tagalog Arterial Road(STAR) from Batangas City; (2) Cebu Light Industrial Park, a 62-hectare industrial estate in Mactan Island, Cebu, which boasts of the country’s largest desalination plant; and, (3) Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park, a 162-hectare industrial park in Hermosa, Bataan, which is located between the Subic Freeport Zone and Clark Economic Zone and is accessible through the Subic- Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx). SPPI is also committed to promote mutually supportive relationships with host communities through its full-time Community Relations Team (Comrel Team). The Comrel Team addresses community development on a holistic approach, covering various development areas such as financial, technical, and spiritual development. Job Description • Responsible for operating the water supply system • Responsible for trouble shooting and maintenance of water distribution system, drainage system, waste water treatment plant, upkeep of building facilities, roads, common areas and others • Responsible for the day to day maintenance and operation of the sewer system.
