Responsible in posting the vacant position in Jobstreet and all other recruitment device. Handles/Facilitates documents needed for the newly hired foreign employee relevant to government requirements. Responsible in proper filing and maintenance of the 201 file of all the foreign staff. Responsible in preparations of monthly employee roster and attrition for foreign staffs. Responsible in identification and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultations with the managers. Responsible in overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations. Responsible in deploying a wide variety of training methods and conducting effective induction and orientation sessions. Responsible in monitoring and evaluating training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically. Responsible in managing training budget. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices. Helps the HR Team in handling all foreign employees concerns, queries and grievances in line with the company policies and procedures. Responsible in conducting accident and environment related studies. Ad-hoc, other tasks that may be assigned by the Hiring Head. Job Requirements: Requirements: Must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field. Must have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and training development. Must be proficient in English and Native (Mandarin & Hokkien) Language both Oral and Written. Must be meticulous and keen to details. Must have excellent organizational skills.
