– Supports, coordinates and manages all aspects of operations in Philippines to meet company s goals and overall strategic objectives. – Support General Manager in the development and subsequent implementation of services including ensuring compliance to the standards of operations. – Define the implementation roadmap for each project scope, detailed work plan, resource plan – Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation – Determine the resources time, money, equipment, etc. required to complete each project – Establish a communication strategy to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project – Design and implement processes and applications able to meet future reporting needs – Provide clear KPIs to monitor and manage the alignment to strategic project roadmap – Stakeholders management communication, issue remediation, risk management – Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project – Conducting periodic reviews, and updates of existing procedures and policies to improve the efficiency in service delivery. – Cross functional working structure local and regional team with engineers, sales, marketing and finance. Qualifications Bachelors degree or Equivalent
