Purpose of the Job The TA Operations Manager supports the Head of TA operations in driving the Talent Acquisition Operations strategy. The role is designed to steer cross-functional/cross-divisional transformative roll out projects for TA operations. Management of a TA operations team. Major Accountabilities Service delivery and strategic oversight of day-to-day operations across the region Managing teams of schedulers, TA operations specialists and other associated TA operations professionals, ensuring that roles & responsibilities for end-to-end processes are clearly defined & executed. Working in close cooperation with other TA regional/ operation Leads to ensure effective collaboration & delivery of TAS strategy & objectives. Using relevant recruitment metrics & data to analyze patterns to ensure TA operations has capacity to meet business requirements & balance workload Manage and interpret data to ensure that we realize best return on investment whilst improving employee experience across our teams Managing relevant third party providers & vendor/agency relationships. Operational Excellence Support TA operations to translate strategy into operations in order to improve service delivery Establish best in class tactical plans framework for our teams to allow the right resource allocation and deployment to achieve the operations strategy Communication Collaborate with teams to develop and implement communication strategies, messages, and cascading mechanisms to ensure awareness and adoption of talent acquisition operations vehicles and programs. Compliance Review and ensure the Global end-to-end TA operations process is implemented Ensure that TA operations policies, procedure and practices are fully compliant. Conduct audit checks and make recommendations on improvement, e.g. Pre-employment screening. Continuous improvement Conduct and document working sessions with teams and stakeholders to develop or improve programs and processes. Projects Lead/participate in projects and engage with senior management and key stakeholders Form part of the Global project team to ensure the successful onboarding of new countries to the TA operations service Qualifications Significant experience of leading, managing, TA operations, growing and training employee teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To include contract generation, interview scheduling, recruitment, pre-employment screening and reporting. Experience in a TA operations role within a large and complex international environment, operating within a team-based organization that is customer focused and service oriented. Demonstrate excellent communication, organization and change management skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Demonstrate strong analytic and decision making abilities. Demonstrate ability to implement and manage change effectively. Be able to work with and through others as a team player, influencing others and moving them toward a common vision or goal.
