We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist for an Australian Company.

Availability: Full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Hours: 7 am to 4 pm PHT with 1-hour lunch break
Start Date: ASAP

You will be the first point of contact for our business, so the first impression is crucial to our clients.

You will be answering calls all day long, so you must have access to quality high-speed & reliable internet. You also need a good computer, great quality headphones, and your home office space.

You must have excellent English skills. Speaking, listening, and writing is essential for this role.

You will have to think fast to make the right decision to be able to schedule the job while on the phone with the client.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answers incoming calls to assist customers with enquiries
  • Responsible for scheduling all the jobs for the business.
  • Uses booking software program Service M8
  • Checks availability of the plumbers and reschedules jobs that were needed
  • Estimate time between travel and jobs to book each appointment
  • Uses Google Maps to find the location of the job and plumber in the area.
  • Manages daily jobs for 4+ plumbers
  • Coordinate with the plumbers on the schedule
  • Call client to check if received proposal & to accept the proposal (quote)
  • Daily check emails and reply to emails
  • Reply to SMS clients.
  • Cold calls customers both past and present to re-book and upsell services where possible
  • Survey and get the clients’ feedback once the job is done
  • Management of Facebook Messages
  • Management of Google My Business Messages
  • Management of Leads Website Messages
  • Create Facebook Post, Instagram & Google My Business Post.
  • Perform and complete other duties as assigned
  • Assisting with the administration of WHS requirements
  • Providing administration support to Directors, and the management and field teams

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • You must work in a set time frame (7 am to 4 pm PH, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week) and be actively productive. You must only work for our company during the hours that you are working. This is not a ‘work when you feel like it’ job. You have to show up and be working throughout the day.
  • You must use our time tracking software and have daily ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings with your Team Leader to follow up on the progress of your tasks.
  • High-speed, reliable internet is essential for this role (minimum 20 Mbps)

Having a fast computer with a good processor and memory, having a second monitor is preferable.

  • A quiet place to work from without distractions or disruptive background noises, so that calls via Zoom can be conducted with ease.
  • Willing to offer input/contribute thoughts and ideas and open to feedback.

If selected for the next phase, you will be required to do a test. The test will take 2 hours.

We will do a Zoom interview if you are selected for the final phase.

We use Zoom to conduct interviews (it’s free to use, we send a meeting link, so if you don’t have it already, we would expect you to download the app to participate in the interview)
