Responsibilities:
- Handle Institutional clients based in China Top tier clients
- Responsible for supporting peers to provide high quality customer service.
- Handling client calls and emails, responding in a timely manner.
- Support achievement of overall business objective of revenue growth through revenue retention/term deposits, consistently high service delivery, and increase clients’ usage of self-serve solutions.
- Responsible for maintaining quality and compliance with the management & regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Preferably has 2 to 5 years work experience in any field
- Financial or Banking work experiences are a plus.
