DUTIES: Help to deliver effective product and soft skills training for new hire and tenured employees. Assist in scheduled training sessions. Help to create and design training manuals and modules Ensure consistency for all training materials and keeping them up to date. Monitor and report on trainee’s progress, including evaluation of training output Provide performance feedback to Customer Service Operations managers/team leads regarding trainee’s progress. Collaborate with Customer Service Operations managers/team leads on further training assessment as required.
