They are currently handling the LARGEST PHILIPPINE BANK and servicing the Chinese and Fukien speakers. With around 1500 branches in the Philippines, this is tagged as one of the most successful businesses in the Philippines. Currently this bank is serving corporate and residential customers.
Requirements:
- Mandarin, Fukien, English (Speaking Only)
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder or at least 2 years college
- Graduate or Undergraduate is welcome to apply
- Background in related area is a plus but not required
- Knowledgeable in Computer applications
- Knowledgeable in BPO Set-up (CSR)
- Willing to work Dayshift and Midshift (Shifting Schedule)
- Willing to work in a BPO Set-up and office based
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in any Bank related matters
- Answering inquiries or concerns related to credit card
- Handle credit card redemptions
- Explain airmiles and fly anywhere
- Assist in redemptions of gift certificates
- Discuss the credit card perks
- Discuss the payment terms and card activation
- Verify the account information and updates
