Anne is Hiring (Anywhere) Mandarin HR Coordinator – Makati, 55k Job Description -Assists on facilitating pre-employment medical exam and Quarantine certification of all new hires. -Assists on preparing and collating pre-employment requirements. -Closely coordinates with visa processor for the completion and collation of requirements for visa processing. -Coordinates with Admin Team in the assignment and facilitates needed for company apartment. -Coordinates with the person in charge regarding payroll and timekeeping concerns, enrollment/ deletion of records for company initiated benefits. -Assists in the organization and conduct of company activities like trainings, outings, periodic events, and parties. -Assists on maintaining a record of employee disciplinary cases which can be a reference for employee performance evaluation. -Assists the HR Manager in ensuring that policies are observed and implemented. -Performs Ad hoc tasks. Minimum Qualifications -Bachelor’s Degree holder of Business management or any related course. -1-4 years of experience in the same position handling expats. -Multilingual, should be fluent in the following languages: (written, conversational and reading.) -Mandarin -English -Filipino -Knowledgeable with visa processing will be an advantage -Tech savvy and proficient in PC and MS Office. -Strong follow through skills; able to work with minimal supervision. -Detail oriented. -Excellent Customer Service skills.
