- Preferably Filipino National who is proficient in Mandarin
- Foreign National who has permanent visa in the Philippines
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Open for graduates and undergraduates
- Knowledgeable in using computer
- Background in CS/TSR/ IT and related field is a big advantage
- Preferably has 3 years working experiences as a Service Desk or Technical Support
- Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
