Your Job and Responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

– Provide assistance to customers by directing them to experts who can help with telecommunication problems or issues.

– Attend their inquiries regarding to phone or mobile services, internet problems, billing concerns, or promo package.

– Identify and assess the need for the customer to achieve satisfactions.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

– At least High School Graduate

– Knowledgeable about Basic Web Navigation

– Fluent in BOTH English and Mandarin (Verbal and Writing)

– Amenable to work in Makati on a SHIFTING schedule

· This position is open to NON NATIVE and NATIVE Mandarin Speakers

· Available to start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
