Position: Mandarin Helpdesk

Work Set-up: Onsite
Duties:
- Answering incoming calls/chats from customer
- Resolving customer inquiries/ requests.
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Provide quality customer service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
Requirements:
- Can speak English and Mandarin with basic reading and typing
- With or without experience
- Must be Good in communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Undergraduates
- No age limit
- Willing to work Day Shift or Night Shift
