DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Expense Audit of Asia Pacific region with China and Singapore Entities as main responsibility Daily audit of excel based expense reports Assist users with issues via email, phone calls or conference (whichever applies) Create and provide training to employees (if requested) Coordinate with China and Singapore counterpart Employee Account Payments Posting of journal entries in SAP Processing weekly payments Researching and resolving any payment issues Miscellaneous Items Creating reports, providing analysis, sharing results and working toward user awareness and solutions for all areas of responsibility.
