Manila City, Metro Manila – Job Description Job Description Summary As a Market Insights Consultant, you will be playing a key role to help us identify and engage the best talent both on the market and in the market. Your role will undertake variety of recruitment challenges, conduct an in-depth research and present back market information and recommendations to power our recruitment and sourcing teams. Responsibilities: Providing detailed market insights across a variety of business areas. Insights may include information such as which competitors are laying off staff, merging, their compensation plans, bonus pay-out dates and other industry related developments. Generate role specific intelligence reports outlining the best approaches in finding and engaging candidates Conducting detailed market mapping activities for niche and senior level positions Helping develop sourcing capability through insights demonstrations and mentoring Building strong working relationships with client stakeholders, recruiters, sourcing specialists, and the wider business by presenting back your insights and mapping findings Position Requirements Your background: Any experience within recruitment or talent analytics would be beneficial With excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret a request and turn it into a great insights piece You’ll have to be motivated by finding and interpreting data and adding analysis, so we are providing much more than a data summary – this is all about creating a narrative and translating the data’s meaning for our client Most of your projects will be delivered using PowerPoint and Excel so it would be great if you already have a strong grasp of presenting information using these packages You will be confident with presenting insights and mapping back to client and AMS stakeholders.
