Includes Asana, Harvest, Pingdom etc Call tracking set up Call tracking monitoring Client website reviews creation Client spreadsheet updates for data such as number of calls, conversions etc. SE Ranking setup and monitoring Updating client monthly call logs End of week reporting setup End of month client reporting Setting up Asana and Harvest for any extra tasks Admin help for anyone in office Sales Admin support to General Manager Qualifications and Experience: Graduate of Marketing, Office Administration or similar Background with Admin tasks or previous Admin role Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps Basic understanding of how Google AdWords and Marketing work would be an advantage
