Description:
- Develop membership sales strategies within the assigned territory
- Solicit and close sales of gym memberships
- Developing relations with the community and local small businesses by involving clubs in community events.
- Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards timely resolution.
- Actively build a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals. Continuously search for opportunities to acquire new members
- Driving retention by partnering with a fitness team to introduce fitness services at point of sale.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of all member products and programs
- Complete all daily sales activities (phone calls, emails, prospecting, etc.)
- Reach and surpass monthly sales projections
- Partner with team to ensure a high level of customer service
- Notify management of any member concerns or complaints and assist as needed
- Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to billing and contracts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Assist with wellness and fitness promotions and external events
- Perform daily administrative duties
Requirements:
QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven record in Sales, Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales or equivalent.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be driven, assertive, flexible and with good communication skills.
- Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google applications.
