Description:

  1. Develop membership sales strategies within the assigned territory
  2. Solicit and close sales of gym memberships
  3. Developing relations with the community and local small businesses by involving clubs in community events.
  4. Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards timely resolution.
  5. Actively build a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals. Continuously search for opportunities to acquire new members
  6. Driving retention by partnering with a fitness team to introduce fitness services at point of sale.
  7. Acquire and maintain knowledge of all member products and programs
  8. Complete all daily sales activities (phone calls, emails, prospecting, etc.)
  9. Reach and surpass monthly sales projections
  10. Partner with team to ensure a high level of customer service
  11. Notify management of any member concerns or complaints and assist as needed
  12. Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to billing and contracts.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  14. Assist with wellness and fitness promotions and external events
  15. Perform daily administrative duties

Requirements:

QUALIFICATION:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proven record in Sales, Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales or equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be driven, assertive, flexible and with good communication skills.
  • Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google applications.
