Thanks to our strong promotion and distribution network in Chinese market, our company has the ability to support foreign brands in their China market entry. In order to grow our team of Sales & Marketing, we are looking for a dynamic person with focus on Food & Beverage industry. Ideally a food lover, former F&B sales, marketing or export department of a F&B supplier or distributor with basic knowledge or trading and distribution. Experience in the F&B industry is preferred but not mandatory. Position description: In direct link with the CEO of the company, your duties will be divided in 3 different activities: 1) Prospect database growth; 2) F&B industry news update; 3) Business development; Prospect database growth: Check potential prospect source according to the company’s strategy (details will be provided); Update and maintain the company’s CRM; Follow the business development script on a daily basis; 2) F&B content sourcing: Find & subscribe to various F&B content related to asia and more specifically China market (company email address will be provided to receive the newsletter). Select 4 to 6 relevant articles per week from your various sources described above and submit proposal to your management; Share online selected articles through the different channels and tools provided by the company; 3) LinkedIn business development: Contact selected and relevant prospects via LinkedIn, following the sales script provided by the company. Issue reports on a weekly basis on your business development activity and report to management. Once initial contact has been made and prospects reach the initial phase, connect the prospect to the CEO for takeover. Maintain relation with the prospect until final handover. Requirements This job is suitable for 2 to 3 hours of work per day, 5 days a week. No experience required, but a big plus if you already have some experience in F&B industry (B2B sale, international trade, B2C sales…); Fluency in English; Knowledge in Word & Excel; Knowledge of LinkedIn is a plus but not mandatory; Equipment required: laptop/computer & Internet connection (not provided). No phone calls required, all discussions are done by email and text / chat messaging.
