Company Profile: This BPO Company is a worldwide Leading provider of customer management outsourcing in the Philippines.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- 1 year experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO set up
- Excellent communication skills
- Telco/Tech experience required
- NPS experience required
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay
- Can start ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Team Managers to ensure program productivity
- Conduct regular performance reviews and meetings with direct reports to evaluate performance against KPIs
- Review the operational reports on regular basis and develop and implement action plans
- Provide the feedback to the Director, Operations and other members of the management team regarding current operational performance.
- Ensuring that all activities and initiatives meant to drive operational effectiveness
- Communicate to client and company goals and metrics with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
