Company Profile: This BPO Company is a worldwide Leading provider of customer management outsourcing in the Philippines.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • 1 year experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO set up
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Telco/Tech experience required
  • NPS experience required
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay
  • Can start ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Team Managers to ensure program productivity
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and meetings with direct reports to evaluate performance against KPIs
  • Review the operational reports on regular basis and develop and implement action plans
  • Provide the feedback to the Director, Operations and other members of the management team regarding current operational performance.
  • Ensuring that all activities and initiatives meant to drive operational effectiveness
  • Communicate to client and company goals and metrics with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
