Job Functions: Litigation Support Data and Analytics Document Management Key Job Responsibilities: Litigation Support, including some or all of the following, by way of example: Maintain, update, and organize electronic litigation case files Collect, organize, analyze and summarize company records Synthesize facts and create chronologies for employment matters Calendar, monitor, and facilitate compliance with litigation deadlines Prepare for, document, and/ or conduct witness interviews, fact-finding, and discovery responses (and/or assist counsel with same) Prepare responses to formal charges/complaints under supervision of counsel to include, without limitation: conducting witness interviews, reviewing documents, drafting position statements based on relevant facts and persuasive legal arguments, communicating with agency investigators/ other government representatives Track, monitor, and facilitate compliance with legal obligations such as those arising out of settlement agreements, consent decrees, conciliation agreements, and judgments (including financial and injunctive relief) Communications with opposing counsel as needed Data and Analytics Analyze and present claim metrics and trends Maintain and update claim data in matter management system Document Management Maintain, update, and organize other electronic files Specialization Industry Years of Work Experience 3 – 5 Years Position Level Job Type Full Time Work Hours Night shift Educational Attainment Bachelor’s Degree Preferred field of Study Law Employee benefits Gym/Fitness Meal Allowance HMO Coverage HMO of dependents Others SSS Philhealth Pag-Ibig 13th month Preferred Candidate Interpersonal / Soft Skills Technical / Hard Skills Tools
