ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned): · Overall support to Sales Managers / Project Manager and accountable for customer satisfaction. · Prepare sales quotations any documentation as requested by Sales Management · Lead to Opportunity creation. · Manage the fulfillment of the Business Unit Weekly/Quarterly Target. · Request for quote approval and monitoring via SFDC. · Create Purchase Agreement and Pro-Forma Invoice. · Sends the Customer Signed Purchase Agreement to authorized company representative for counter signature. · Receives and qualify customer PO’s check PO against allocation, checks PO’s against allocation and book customer orders into ERP system (Oracle) · Manual CIPL generation for Good to go and Import Requirements. · Find best shipping method and schedule that will benefit installation timing and coordinate with the team. · Coordinate pick up and exportation from supplier to freight forwarder. · Ensure export and import documentation legal requirements as per customs ruling. · Ensure flawless shipping execution based on original schedules and find ways to cover unexpected delays if any. · Invoicing the ship product and send invoices to the customer within specified time scale · Customer RMA handling including assigning RMA from ERP system, entering RMA’s in ERP system, flag all the open RMA’s and get them closed in timely manner · Respond to all inbound calls from customers on status of orders and shipments. · Conduct meetings with Sales/Project Managers and other internal teams to review orders in pipeline, shipments, etc. · Contribute to continuous improvement of Operations by alerting management of key process issues, including root causes, suggestions for improvement, and implementation with the use of Quality problem solving tools such as 3WI, PDCA, 8D, RCCA. · Archive all the documents per SPOC requirements. · Develop effective relationships with colleagues and ensured optimal levels of competency from all. · Participate in various team meetings and ensured effectiveness by regularly communicating with team members. · Monitor orders that are for closing for proper revenue recognition · Adhoc tasks as assigned by manager required that will be part on his/her role to support opertion. Qualifications: -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, new graduates are welcome -Required skill (s): Order Management, Revenue Responsibility, Customer Service -Preferred skill (s): Excellent Communication Skills, Computer Proficient, Good Organization skills -Required language (s): English -Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Order Management, Logistics or BPO industry -Experience in the call center industry is an advantage -Proficient with MS Office Application esp. Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook -Knowledgeable in Office Software such as ERP and CRM is an advantage -Superior written and oral communication and collaboration skills, and can deal with executives and business leaders -Excellent listening and comprehension skills for complex issues, while managing at least 3 simultaneous computer applications -Process oriented and trainable -Demonstrates commitment to end customer and clients and ability to foster long term relationships with recurring customers -Demonstrates ability to effectively multi task technical issues and maintain a high level of organization and process discipline -Demonstrates an ability to take initiative and be pro active
