ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the end to end order management including but not limited to booking and updating of orders as required Handle overall Partner Support and client relations, working with Partner executives, Builders, or Installers for all Financial product offerings to meet all business needs. Handle customer complaints adhering to the policy. Partnership with Logistics in on time delivery of partners orders and requirements by region, sending/dropping packing list on time and being personally accountable for customer satisfaction. Manage work ordering processing and accuracy check Monitor work order receipts following up builders for missing work orders prior to escalation. Invoicing: Monitor orders that are for closing for proper revenue recognition. Support Regional Sales Manager, Project Manager, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinators and/or Area Sales Manager. Handle non-warranty RMA cases including assigning RMA nos. from SFDC, overall support to RMA Team, and frontline related to RMA Extract reports from Oracle Discoverer and use this in their presentations/meetings with stakeholders and Partners. Archive all the documents per SOX requirements. Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations Performs other duties may be assigned. RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. Open to fresh graduates Required skill(s): Supply chain, Customer Service, Excellent Communication Skills and Computer Proficient Required language(s): English Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Order Management, Logistics or BPO industry Experience in the call center industry is an advantage. Proficient with MS Office Application esp. Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledgeable with office software such as ERP, MRP, and CRM is an advantage. Superior written and oral communication and collaboration skills, and can deal with executives and business leaders Process oriented and trainable Demonstrates ability to effectively multi task technical issues and maintain a high level of organization and process discipline. Demonstrates an ability to take initiative and be proactive. Possess leadership skills Flexible to changes and be able to adapt quickly.
